Shane LaVigne started Artisan Tile Creations in 2005 with a simple focus — do exceptional tile work and treat every project like it matters. For the first eight years he ran the company himself, doing installations alongside a helper and building a reputation one job at a time.
When opportunities came to grow, he took them — and grew the right way, by bringing in people he already knew and trusted.

Fred Vroman came in as Vice-President after years of years of working alongside of Shane at a previous company. He wasn’t a hire — he was a colleague and a close friend who Shane knew could run a jobsite with the same standards he held himself to.
Between the two of them, Shane & Fred bring decades of hands on - installation experience to every project. They’re not managing from a distance — they understand the work at every level.
